Our new one hour yoga express class!
With the hustle and bustle of today's lifestyles it's not always easy to get in for 90 minutes, this is a class for students with an established yoga practice who are short on time, but long on determination and want to supplement their practice to maintain more consistency. This class will be done at 105 degrees and have 2 breathing exercises and the same 26 postures Our aim is not to make the practice easier but to make it to the "practice" easier.
We recommend that first time Bikram students start with the 90-minute class. It’s not a requirement and we won’t turn new students away if they show up to a 60 minute class. But it’s always best to start with the slower paced 90 minute class.
